Booth Registration
Full payment with registration form must be received by the League of Southeastern Credit Unions before a booth location will be confirmed. Be sure to mark your top four choices on the registration form. Every attempt will be made to assign booths from the choices submitted by each company. The assignment of booths will be made in the order that completed contracts and full payment of booth rental fees are received. In the event that this is not possible, the League of Southeastern Credit Unions reserves the right to assign a booth that it considers comparable.

Please keep in mind the following points:

  1. All booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which the contracts and fees are received at the League of Southeastern Credit Unions. We will make every effort to assign the booth(s) from the list of booth choices submitted by the exhibiting company. In the event that this is not possible, the League of Southeastern Credit Unions reserves the right to assign a booth that it considers comparable.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the person signing the contract will be the person who will receive all future correspondence relating to this program.
  3. On the Exhibitor Registration Form, all onsite representative fields are required. Your form will not be accepted without this information. List name(s) exactly as they should appear on name badges. All name changes received before 30 days prior to the conference are free-of-charge. Representative changes after 30 days prior to the conference are at a cost of $35/change.
  4. A share draft/check or VISA or MasterCard for full payment of fees must accompany the booth rental agreement. No booth will be assigned until the League of Southeastern Credit Unions has received full payment. As soon as we have received the signed contract and fees we will send confirmation of the booth(s).
  5. Cancellation Policy
    By signing the Exhibitor Registration Form, you agree to abide by all the requirements and restrictions in the Contract Terms and Regulations provided on LSCU’s website at www.lscu.coop and incorporated by reference herein. You understand that this is not a contract until officially accepted by the League of Southeastern Credit Unions, Inc. The full rental fee must accompany the agreement. A full refund of the booth rental price (minus $250 cancellation fee) will be made upon written request received by the exhibit coordinator prior to March 30, 2012. A full refund of the booth rental price (minus $500 cancellation fee) will be made upon written request received by the exhibit coordinator prior to April 16, 2012. A 50 percent refund will be made for cancellation requests received on or after April 16, 2012, but before May 1, 2012. No refunds will be made on or after May 1, 2012.

No displays may be dismantled or packed prior to June 14, 2012, at 6pm. Companies dismantling prior to this deadline will incur a $250 fine.

The 2012 Convention registration process has two separate forms. The Exhibitor Registration Form and a Networking Events Form. The Exhibitor Registration form has all the pertinent information for Exhibiting at the show, including: Administrative Contact Information, Onsite Representatives Information, Company Grouping & Description, Booth Selection, Bolded Company Description Setup, and Payment Information. The Networking Events form has all networking events, including: Golf, Educational Sessions, General Session, Dinner/Dance, and more.

This year’s Convention & Exposition will provide a quick, ticketless, and automated system. Each representative’s badge will include all paid registration information, a one-page printout of your Convention schedule, and allow you to add events on site. There is a $35 fee for replacing lost badges.
