Convention & Exposition / Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Information

This event will begin with an exclusive 1-1/2 hour Exhibit Hall Exchange CEO Reception event on Wednesday. The CEOs will be given five additional tickets to share with their executive team. This invitation-only event offers an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, music, and the opportunity to network. During this event, we encourage you to schedule a one-on-one meeting with potential and/or current clients.

Again this year, Exhibitor Square will be available on Thursday from 10am – 2pm to support you in your efforts to schedule one-on-one time with key decision makers. This is a great time to provide in-depth details on what your company offers, conduct a product demonstration, review a contract, or conduct other business during the Convention. If you’re not attending one of the many educational sessions during this time, there will also be space in the back of the room for exhibitors to connect laptops to the Internet.

After the CEO Reception, the Exhibit Hall Exchange Grand Opening will continue from 5:30pm – 7pm. All conference participants will be able to network with exhibitors, enjoy the open bar, hors d'oeuvres, and more.

On Thursday, June 14, a two-hour Exhibit Hall Exchange from 3:30pm – 5:30pm will engage participants and exhibitors with afternoon snacks, a open bar, and entertainment with the opportunity for all Convention participants to network with exhibiting companies. The Exhibit Hall will be dismantled after the Happy Hour session. Be prepared to remove your booth equipment from 5:30pm – 8pm. Be sure to stay over on Thursday night and network with credit union staff during the educational sessions, the Closing General Session, and the Dinner/Show.

As the largest event of the year for affiliated credit unions, this annual event attracts more credit union executives and volunteers than any other event throughout the year. The LSCU Convention & Exposition provides:

Booth space is sold on a first come, first served basis. Booth space is priced according to location and the date your payment is received. There are three levels of booth space available:

  • Level 1 Booth: $2,500ea
  • Level 2 Booth: $2,250ea
  • Level 3 Booth: $1,995ea

A maximum of two additional representatives may be added at a cost of $210 per person. A maximum of 4 representatives per booth are allowed. Booths must be manned at all times during Exhibit sessions. And, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time…this includes set-up, exhibit sessions, and dismantling. Additionally, the Exhibit Hall will be locked during non-Exhibit hours, so please be sure to take your personal belongings with you when you leave.
